Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid; Colour: Paprika Extract.

Natural colour similar to caramel but including paprika to give it a natural orange colour (or yellow.)

Where did Barley Sugar sweets come from?

The history of barley sugar starts 100s of years ago in the 18th century. Large metal moulds were used to shape candies and sweets and these were known as barley sugars. The may have looked quite a bit different from what you see today but that’s where they came from.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally a sealed container. They could go really sticky if they get to warm so emphasis on the cool!
